Being one member of Kaiyue indicates that you agree to abide by relevant terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions
We have the absolute right to decide whether or not to grant the awarding of Kaiyue membership as well as the privilege and services enjoyable by the membership.
The way which Kaiyue membership acquires bonus points, hotel’s privilege, reward, terms and conditions are applicable to all hotels participating in the Scheme, however they may differ owing to different hotel brands and locations.
We reserve the right to modify, limit or cancel the terms, rules and reward mode of the Scheme at any time with or without prior notice.
The member must meet the check-in or consumption standard specified by Kaiyue Hotel to maintain its membership and level. In case the member did not check in or consume in any hotel participating in the Scheme within the past 12 months, then its membership will be cancelled with all bonus points lost and such member shall not be entitled to enjoy the privilege and services for Kaiyue membership. However the member disqualified from Kaiyue membership may recover its membership by checking in or consuming in a hotel participating in the Scheme, but the lost bonus points are not recoverable.
The application for membership presents that the applicant has accepted the terms & conditions hereunder and authorized that we may transfer the personal data furnished by such member him/herself to the hotels participating in the Scheme or cooperative partners for the marketing purpose. Personal data of our members will be used for administration, guest room service, market promotion and communication, the organization within this scheme may contact you by means of correspondence, mobile phone, telephone, fax or e-mail.
We reserve the final right to construe the terms and conditions for Kaiyue Membership.

Membership
Person who made effective consumption and the payment by him/herself in a hotel participating in the Scheme shall be qualified to apply for Kaiyue membership.
If consumption or payment by Kaiyue membership themselves in a hotel participating in the Scheme meets the provided conditions, one RMB yuan earns one point. Expenses, service fees, tax and tips paid by a person other than the member as well as the rewarding consumption can not earn the points.
We will grant 1 stay at a hotel participating in the Scheme at the room rate according with reward standard or grant Kaiyue membership to the guest having earned 800 points through consumption. We will grant 8 stays at a hotel participating in the Scheme at the room rate according with reward standard within one year or upgrade Kaiyue membership having earned 18,000 points through consumption to Kaiyue gold-card membership. We will grant 28 stays at a hotel participating in the Scheme at the room rate according with reward standard within one year or upgrade Kaiyue gold-card membership having earned 58,000 points through consumption to Kaiyue platinum-card membership. We reserve the right to change the said upgrade rules at any time.
Counting of check-in numbers does not incorporate such way as the guest checks in shortly after its check-out. One check-in means the continuous stay at a hotel.
Each year, we will arrange the qualification verification for our members so as to decide the membership of next year.

Privilege for Membership
Kaiyue membership must pay themselves and provide their respective member codes at the time of reservation or check-in before enjoying the privilege and services.
Kaiyue membership may enjoy the following preferential treatment: personal private archive, free newspapers each day, private check-in registration and fast check-out service, extension of check-out deadline to 2:00PM(depending on room availability), priority to choose guest rooms and membership-specific room rate.
